Project Description:
Looking for a data cleaning and entry specialist to help clean and categorize a spreadsheet of ~70,000 contact records inside of Google Sheets.
Data contains duplicate values (obviously), but also customers & clients with multiple variations on their name (“John Q. Smith” and “John Smith” are the same people, e.g.; “Acme Inc.” and “Acme” are the same company).
Will be working with you in phases to complete the cleansing (in case you don’t want to do it all or we decide we’re not a great fit for each other).
Phase 1 will be to standardize the company names in our database based on a spreadsheet of names from our accounting records.
