I have a very large database which is very unorganized.

I need to clean the entire database, organize the excel files into a neat format, and remove all duplicates.

It is nearly 30 million records so it cannot be handled in just Excel — you will need to use some other program or service to accomplish this.

Let me know, which other program will you use to accomplish this task and how much will you charge?
