Project Title: Cleaning & Standardizing Data for CRM
We are in the process migrating our contact and account data to a new CRM, and require assistance for preparing and manipulating (deduping, merging, cleansing) a spreadsheet of 16,000 records for batch upload.
You will need to scrub duplicate contacts, search for contacts listed under multiple organizations/accounts, and determine the correct organizational affiliation based on online research.
You will also need to standardize account/organization names within the spreadsheet.
At the moment, we need to standardize data just once but we will need it on a regular basis in future.
