Project Title: Database De-duplication and Merging

Project Description:
I have about 20 excel spreadsheets, each with at least 1000 company names, along with addresses.

I need someone to combine all the databases and then DE-dupe them.

I’d like there to be less than .5% duplicates, which would be 100 duplicates for the 20,000 database.

I need to be realistic, so let me know how you plan on tackling this project.

Send me some similar samples you have worked in past.

Please provide a quote to merge and standardize 3 database. Each having an average of 4000 records.
