Project Title: Cleaning Several Mailing Lists

Project Description:
We have several mailing lists in Excel format of from 2000 to 10,000 contacts each.

We need someone who has the skills and resources to clean the lists to match what we need, ie that the contact name is one of the top executives, eg, CEO, Chairman, President, Owner, etc, that the name and title and addresses are accurate so we are confident that the list you return to us is accurate and we can then mail to that person without embarrassment of having the wrong person with the wrong title with the wrong email address, etc.

You must also eliminate companies that are no longer in business, or too small to be a real company.

The end product is an accurate list with all fields verified. There are the following fields:

Company, first name, last name, title, address, city, state, zip, phone, company type, company size (estimate using 1-4 to indicate very large to small) and website.

So, if we send you a list of 8,000, you might return a list of only 7500 because you found 500 to be too small or out of business, or don’t have a website, etc. You will be paid for 8000.
