Project Title: Data Cleansing and Updating Database

Project Description:
Our company is interested to engage professional help in cleansing our customer database, to make it more usable for data mining and marketing efforts.

Job scope includes:

– Updating customer records with clean & accurate data (may involve calling customers for verification of details), e.g. ensuring correct format keyed in for email/phone numbers, updating customers’ particulars with latest details

– De-duplicating customer records, that is to combine multiple records of the same customer into ONE record (involves using our built-in de-duplication function in our database)

May I know if you offer services such as stationing data cleansing specialists on our premises to conduct the above works? We can provide the necessary call scripts (for contacting customers) and system training.
Else, please let us know your alternative solution(s) to the above. (Note: we are unable to export our customer database for cleansing and then re-uploading it back into the system)
